The Clash – London Calling

Angry AND Smart. That’s lethal. But angry, smart, and fuckin’ hell talented, that’s unstoppable. And by the time they released London Calling, that’s what The Clash were, unstoppable.

What can one even say about this record? This is when punk ascended to heaven. Not because it was dead, but because it was holy.
